We are seekinga motivated and resultsdriven Field Sales Representative to joinour dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will beresponsible for conducting inperson meetings with potential clientsunderstanding their needs and effectively presenting our productsor services to drive sales and revenuegrowth.

Requirements

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Conductinperson meetings with potential clients to assess their needs andpresent our offerings.
  • Build andmaintain strong longlasting customerrelationships.
  • Achieve or exceedsales targets and objectives as set by the salesmanager.
  • Develop and executestrategic sales plans to maximize revenuegrowth.
  • Collaborate with internalteams such as marketing product development and customer service toensure customer satisfaction andretention.
  • Stay informed aboutindustry trends competitors and market conditions to identifybusiness opportunities.
  • Prepare anddeliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospectiveclients.
  • Negotiate contracts andclose deals to meet or exceed salesquotas.
  • Provide regular reports onsales activities pipeline andforecasts.

  • Abachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1year of experience in field sales especially in FMCGpreferred.
  • Proven track record ofsuccess in sales with strong negotiation and closingskills.

  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite and CRMsoftware.
  • Valid driver s license andreliable transportation.
  • Ability towork independently and as part of ateam.

  • Selfmotivated positiveattitude andresultsoriented.
