Job Description:

  • In your capacity as Executive Product Owner (Manage & Own Crew), you are in charge of a squad's overall strategy and capability development. In order to develop projects to produce a remarkable customer experience, while balancing commercial results and managing risk within regulatory standards and organizational risk appetite, you will work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

As the Product Owner, you will be strategically addressing customer product needs while delivering solutions in line with the wider Homebuying & Technology strategy.

This will help to drive our customer obsession and tangible results that support our NPS +30 goal.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining the squad's product vision, goals, and roadmap in accordance with the goal and purpose of the Home Buying Manage & Own Crew to provide exceptional client experience
  • Creating and building fresh experiences or improving current ones to take advantage of opportunities or demands that have been recognized. Creating and organizing the Squad backlog with the help of important stakeholders
  • Building a psychologically secure, inclusive, autonomous, accountable, and highperformance culture for a group of business analysts and software engineers
  • Finding risks, dependencies, and problems for the squad in accordance with effective operational risk management and compliance results
  • Establishing and maintaining strong connections with all parties involved in the product value chain, such as frontline teams, operations, compliance, and finance. Lead the creation of the product roadmap and collaborate with key stakeholders and business units (Business and Technology) to oversee its execution. Control a group of product owners.
