Primary Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Delivery Manager/Leader, the Prebill Manager is responsible for leading a team of medical charge posting specialists who support our high growth organization. Minimum team size of 5060 FTE
- The primary responsibility of the role is to handle projects and delivery
- Fostering/maintaining a collaborative relationship with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and profitability
- Supervisor will also acts as a liaison between his/her respective team and other functions within the RCM process
- Provides daytoday supervision, support, and training to ensure timely delivery of the projects.
- Develops, maintains, and optimizes recurring and adhoc reports
- Works crossfunctionally with other Teams to ensure proper communication occurs with practice manager through onshore and other issues encountered by leaders
- Works directly with internal/external clients to answer questions and resolve issues, discrepancies, and concerns as they arise
- Working with business partners to identify ways to improve business processes
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or reassignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Must be a Graduate
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Proven excellent Interpersonal skills
- Solid Proficiency in MS Office
- Sound Reporting/ MIS Skills
- Exposure to all the facets of Operation Management
- Proven excellent communication skills, relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Has been involved in extensive client interaction
- Solid Exposure to People management, Performance Management and Client Management
- Well verse with Process metrics
- Open to Night Shifts
