Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees. Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchise partners to ensure their success and adherence to brand standards.

Marketing Collateral: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials tailored to the franchise audience. Utilize digital marketing channels effectively to reach potential investors and generate leads.

Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and workshops for franchisees on operational processes, curriculum implementation, and marketing strategies. Serve as a resource for franchise partners to address any concerns or challenges they may encounter.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and track key performance indicators related to franchise sales and market penetration. Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Salary:
From ₹30,000.00 per month
