Sales and Marketing Representative

As a Sales and Marketing Representative, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and contribute to the overall growth of the company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. Your role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, nurturing leads from initial contact to closure. Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs and provide appropriate product information and solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that effectively promote products or services. Provide market feedback to assist in the development of new offerings and enhance existing ones. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers. Highlight the value proposition and benefits of the products or services, addressing customer concerns and objections.
Sales Support: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes, including order fulfillment, delivery, and customer support. Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.
Networking and Industry Engagement: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand professional networks and promote the company's products or services. Stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a related industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively communicate with customers.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales deals.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
