You will

  • Maintain accurate records, files, and essential documents, ensuring their accessibility and organization.
  • Provide human resource support, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee benefits administration.
  • Conduct research on various topics, compile findings, and present concise summaries to aid decisionmaking.
  • Collaborate with cleaning staff across our offices globally to maintain a clean and organized workspace, aligned with our company's standards.
  • Coordinate repair and maintenance services, ensuring a wellmaintained office environment and equipment.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory, place orders, and manage supply restocking.
  • Oversee office facilities and equipment maintenance, including printers, copiers, and computers.
  • Ensure office security through access control and vigilant monitoring of security systems.
  • Contribute to fostering a strong company culture in line with our core values by actively engaging in teamwork and collaborative efforts.

Your profile

  • A commitment to upholding confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, demonstrating excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficient drafting and editing abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Google Workspace) and familiarity with basic accounting principles.
  • Proactive problemsolving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Resourceful problemsolver who can efficiently prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Adept at working independently while also contributing effectively to a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Prior experience in administrative or coordination roles.
  • Previous exposure to facilities management.
