My client is a digital health science company with a global footprint that is at the intersection of healthtech, insurtech and fintech.

Below are the primary responsibilities for the role.

Role:

Senior Marketing Manager Location:

Bangalore Key Responsibilities:

Support our B2 C partners' teams with marketing plans, execution strategies, and campaigns to aid in user acquisition and retention for their mobile apps.


On-App Engagement Strategies:

Develop strategies to enhance user engagement and retention within partners' mobile apps, such as personalized messaging, in-app notifications, gamification, and loyalty programs.


Campaign Planning and Execution:

Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotions to acquire and retain users on partners' mobile apps, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all channels.


Health & Wellness Focus:
Tailor marketing tactics to resonate with health-conscious audiences, leveraging relevant trends, partnerships, and content themes.

Presentation skills:

Developing the ability to both conceptualize effective presentations (tailoring content to your audience, crafting a clear message, designing visually appealing slides) and deliver them confidently (speaking clearly, engaging your audience, handling Q&A).


Partnership Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners to collaborate on user acquisition and retention initiatives, ensuring alignment with partners' goals and objectives.


User Acquisition Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies to attract new users to partners' mobile apps, utilizing both off-app and on-app channels.


Creative Direction:

Collaborate with creative team to develop compelling campaign assets (e.g., visuals, copy, videos) aligned with brand guidelines and health/wellness messaging.


A/B Testing:
Conduct rigorous A/B testing to optimize campaign performance, user acquisition channels, and in-app features.

Data Analysis Insights & Reporting:
Work with the technology and data science team to analyse user data to identify opportunities for optimization.

Competitive Analysis:

Monitor competitors' user acquisition and retention strategies, identify best practices and emerging trends, and recommend adjustments to stay competitive.


General Management:
Manage the day-to-day activities of marketing department, including internal and external teams, contracts etc.

Skills/Qualifications:

A self-starter who is ambitious and driven to grow with the company 7+ years of proven marketing experience in the above areas Experience in the health sector is desirable but not necessary Comfortable working with the C-Suite internally and with multiple teams externally Coachable – open to constructive feedback and the ability to implement it The desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work with global clients (local and overseas travel may be required) Familiarity with marketing technology and platforms Impeccable communication speaking and writing skills Please apply to the role if you think you have the relevant skillset.
