  • Oversee AP process performance with strategic and operational leadership, ensuring top-notch service delivery, client satisfaction, and team management.
  • Monitor team performance, report SLAs and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement projects to enhance service levels and reduce costs.
  • Engage with AP team leads & key managers to address customer concerns.
  • Represent the process in company meetings and liaise with business verticals.
  • Foster customer relationships with vertical CFOs and key Managers.
  • Handle escalated issues and provide final approvals.
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of all processed items.
  • Manage people effectively, including staffing, training, performance measurement, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct periodic team performance reviews and ensure legal compliance.

Experience

  • Experience in establishing AP shared service Centre & process transition.
  • Strong understanding of leading practices and SAP.
  • Experience in taxation processes.
  • Experience in Shared Services/ BPO preferred.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing industries (steel, cement, energy, and ports).

Qualification-

  • Chartered Accountant or MBA from a premier B-School with relevant experience.
  • Seniority Level - Mid-Senior level.
