Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our comprehensive range of educational courses to other businesses. This is a commission-only position, offering you the flexibility to work remotely and manage your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential business clients who can benefit from educational courses.
  • Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our courses.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or educational sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Fluent in English reading, speaking, and writing.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
