Salesperson - Cold Caller

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. This individual will be responsible for making cold calls per day to potential customers in order to generate leads and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment and is capable of handling high call volumes.



Responsibilities:


  • Make approximately 300 - 600 outbound cold calls daily to potential customers.
  • Identify and qualify leads by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Follow a provided script and adhere to company guidelines.
  • Research and gather information on potential leads from various sources.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of all calls and leads in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide relevant information about products or services.
  • Handle objections and rejections in a professional manner.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular reports on call activities, lead generation, and sales performance to the Sales Manager.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities.



Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role. Experience with high-volume cold calling is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Resilient and persistent.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and work environments.



This position is a remote-based opportunity. The Salesperson will directly report to the Sales Manager of Branch Karma.
