Facilities Officer

Position Purpose:
- Responsible for managing all aspects of facilities management at initial stage.
- In this capacity facility Officer is accountable for effective coordination with OFM & FOE on every aspect of facilities Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Taking Daily Facility round and maintain reports/ Snags accordingly.
- Maintain Daily Consumption Reports. (Consumables
- Pantry, HK, Medicines)
- Maintain Daily TPV Attendance.
- Responsible for making Monthly Expense tracker in order to check the expenditure of Admin. Dept. / making monthly salaries/OT of casual staff i.e. Office boys, Drivers
- Maintain different types of Register & files (Hard & Soft)
- Catering Employee's calls as on when basis.
- Routine reconciliation & budgeting of HK material/ proper planning & manpower deployment for facility cleaning, carpet vacuuming & shampooing.
- Store Management & Reordering level
- Responsible for smooth operation of mail room activities
- Responsible for coordination with Security in charge for material movement
- Implement and manage safety procedures to ensure the provision of a safe working environment.
- Processing of Invoices at initial stage
- Any Escalation
- PPM related matter
- Creation of Work order
- Vendor Coordination escalation level
- Coordination with BMS Team
