What this Job Involves

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collection & tracking of various real estate, FM & Admin related data from various stake holder within organization.
  • Organizing data and keeping it handy for record retention and future and present use.
  • Creation of Dashboard, and presenting data as per client requirement.
  • Tracking Billing and various FM related reports from site team and sharing record ( Compliance, EHS, billing, PPM dashboard, etc)
  • Retaining & refreshing Seat Allocation data for multiple sites.
  • Use JLL & client technology tool like share folders, Inventory Management tool, etc. for updating, recording & presenting data.
  • Liaisoning with various stake holders within & outside organization like Admin, sourcing, vendor, site leads, executives, finance, transport, project as per requirement.
8 Creation of MMR, and presentation on power point.

Performance Objective:
MIS Executive will be responsible for accurate & timely report and data generation.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum Graduation from recognized University
  • Advance Course in Excel, Power Point presentation. Should know short cut key, high speed over keyboard, advance V-lookup, H-Lookup, Slicer, Pivot, Linking sheet etc. Added Advantage if processing knowledge of MACROS, MS-Share-point, Power BI or VB.
  • Minimum 2-3 year of experience in MIS role in FM /Admin / Service industry.
  • Mail & verbal Communication skills
  • Street smart, Self Confident & Self motivating go-getter personality.
