MIS Executive

What this job involves:

Financial & management reporting
In this role, you'll be our clients' go-to person for all financial matters.


Primarily, you'll be on the top of the processes and oversee all client billing, PO and vendor invoices processed by respective site leads are on timely manner, the month end/year end accrual submitted is accurate and MoM variance is explainable.

From JLL financial perspective, you will ensure we recognise the right revenue & cost on monthly basis and facilitate the internal support to be able to manage the internal reporting for the account.


  • Vendor PO's and Invoicing Management and Payments processing
  • Client Billing, Payments and Pay In
  • Pay Out Process adherence

  • Spend Analysis
  • Monthly Reviews ensuring no impact on margin
Planning & decision making
You will be in charge of Client Opex.

You will get involvement in implementing new planning tools, automating the quarterly reconciliation process and enhancing the BI reporting for the client.

Business Partnering

You will be accountable for the successful delivery of the financial & management accounting services, forecasting and budgeting as defined in the client contract supporting the Account Director and the account team in handling business, operational, financial decision making and risk mitigation.


You will serve as a single point of contact for the financial service delivery and manage relationships with the key stakeholders in the client's organization.

Working with the Account Team to drive performance, innovation and continuous improvement is a key requirement of the role.

Smart and experienced
You have a degree in finance, accounting certification preferred with at least 12 years of experience. You are able to think strategically, solve problems, make decisions and manage your key stakeholders.

You will have a real passion and interest for the industry, coupled with excellent business partnering & commercial finance experience.

Capable
You pay strong attention to detail and possess excellent problem solving skills.

You have good work ethic and a positive attitude with a "can do" mind-set and will follow through on issues.

You are also a self-starter with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.

Team player

You are team player who promotes open, constructive and collaborative relations with superiors, subordinates and peers, regularly contributes to team discussions and problem solving/ brainstorming sessions.

You are also an effective listener and communicator.
