  • Good grasp of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
  • Strong network and sourcing abilities.
  • Proficient in ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized with good time management.
  • Capable of working autonomously and in teams.
  • High integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in diversity and inclusion recruitment efforts.
  • Familiarity with technical assessments and coding tests.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
