We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis II to join our corporate trust - Analytics team. This role is located in Pune, MH/Chennai, TN - HYBRID/REMOTE.
Working hours will be 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM Indian standard time.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Position Summary - This position is responsible for analyzing and understanding deal requirements and then building/programmingputer models to reflect those requirements. The incumbent will be required to read and understand deal related legal documentation and identify the relevant details and information to enable them to create the deal model in BNY proprietary tools/Excel. In addition, the Analyst will provide support and ongoing maintenance for existing deal models using both bespoke and proprietary systems. This role supports and assists the Client onshore to ensure delivery of good client service by accurate and timelypletion of Shadow/Modeling Deals. The quality and timeliness directly affect how the organization is perceived by our clients. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Minimum Education - Post Graduate degree in finance merce), Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or other related discipline. Preferred Education - CFA (US) Preferred Experience- 2 + years Preferred Technical Skills- Knowledge of Microsoft Access SQL, & VBA Skills is not mandatory but preferable. Functional skills- (i) In depth understanding of structured finance concepts and at least one of the asset classes is a must. (ii) Understanding of basic financial instruments (Bonds, Loans, Swaps, etc.) and capital market in general is required. Other Skills- Strong oral & writtenmunication skills. Ability to interface and obtain strong working knowledge of portfolio of deals and accounts.
