Key responsibilities:

Data collection – source and consolidate data required to arrange and manage the insurance programmes:

Annual collection of asset values, wage roll, business interruption data, travel data etc. Assist the Insurance Manager – Corporate with the biannual financial lines Business Unit disclosure process Support and track that the RCAs (asset revaluations) are conducted on a timely basis prior to renewal of the insurance contract Source and prepare other information required by insurers

Mid-term changes in cover

Assist with mid-term alterations to cover required by BU's, advise insurers and deal with any issues arising. Manage reviews of landlord / tenant works liaising with Property Managers / Framework Consultants / Marsh Manage insurance due diligence in respect of property acquisitions including data management on all purchases across Funds Lighthouse – master user. Monitor to ensure data is updated on the system for all properties across the Portfolio. Run reports and upload documents as and when required. Provide training sessions to users.

Invoicing

Manage invoice verification and payment processing for corporate insurances and departmental costs Oversee invoicing of premiums for European RE insurance programme – liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all invoices are correct and paid promptly

Claims

Assist with Corporate Insurance property damage, employers' liability, public liability, business travel and other claims as required. Support the Insurance Manager – Corporate, to obtain regular updates on new and existing financial lines claims.

Manage department planning / work flow

Maintain and monitor key action dates and deadlines Provide regular summaries of the RE transactions in progress Co-ordinate ad-hoc and regular external meetings including with brokers/insurers/managing agents etc. Co-ordinate quarterly Insurance Oversight Forum meetings including agenda setting, minute taking etc. Manage the RE shared insurance outlook mailbox inbox and tasks ensuring these are kept up to date Insurer Risks Surveys – oversee that actions have been closed down
