The Director, Procurement & Supply Chain APAC will play an active role in developing an ambitious programme to constantly deliver greater value for money with innovative ideas and initiatives to challenge how Indicia Worldwide operates.

Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure

A highly skilled marketing production professional, with over 15 years of procurement, international sourcing and production management experience . With strong commercial awareness and a focus on culture and diversity, the individual will also have a previous leadership experience of +10 years , with cultural awareness and diversity focus.

Fluency in English is a must. Other languages are desirable but not mandatory.

The Procurement & Supply Chain Director, APAC will have

Activation

Create and adapt a streamlined regional procurement structure that integrates supply chain management, category management, strategic sourcing, and stringent quality control. All are well aligned with a properly defined procurement strategy, aiming to achieve operational excellence and competitive advantage, especially through supplier partnerships that drive price competitiveness, innovation and reliability.

Enables proactive identification of market trends and risks, facilitating agile responses to dynamic market conditions, with a focus on continuous improvement and adherence to industry standards.

People

Empowerment of our team fuels our journey. From recruitment to performance enhancement, lead a dynamic team, solutions-oriented, looking to optimize resources and innovating functions in the supply chain, category management, pricing management and quality management.

A one-stop agency. Drive product development within our 'super-integrator' model. Foster supplier partnerships to capture material innovation and technology for enhanced project management. Expand our supply network into new segments to meet evolving client needs.

Driving Growth

Drive incremental revenue and margin generation through expert support in competitive tenders, especially by acting as a visible SME but also leveraging pricing strategies, etc. Spearhead initiatives, like the paper program, to elevate margins and overall profitability.

Role Requirements

This role can be based in any of the following APAC locations:

Singapore, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and India (Mumbai).

You will be required to work from the local office a minimum of 1 day per week. Travel through APAC region might be required on occasion.

Whilst the contracted hours for the role are 9.00 am to 5:30 pm, Mon – Fri, the global nature of the business requires that some meetings and engagements will happen outside of these hours.
