Business Development Manager

Requirements:
Overall experience of minimum 3+ years in software solution selling.
Experience in creating and managing channel sales.
Experience in working with Banks as a channel partner will be highly preferable.
Experience in creating and managing a high-performance sales team.
Experience in setting up processes, Standard Operating Procedures, and continuous performance appraisal through relevant metrics.
Strong communication and team management skillsAnalytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Availability to travel all over the assigned territory.
Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant fieldLanguage preference – English and Hindi
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategiesWork as an individual team member to achieve overall sales targets for the company.
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer/partner accountsNegotiate and close agreements with large customers/partners.
Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvementsPerform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunitiesProvide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needsLiaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistencyStay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
