Key Responsibilities


As the Regional Marketing Director overseeing India & Southeast Asia for automotive SoC and MCU products, you will play a pivotal role in leading the marketing promotions and spearheading business growth for Renesas' High Performance Computing solutions within the automotive segments of these regions.


In this role, the success hinges on the ability to lead regional marketing development, foster seamless collaboration with peers, manage multiple tasks autonomously, prioritize effectively, make strategic decisions, meet demanding deadlines, and communicate outcomes, trade-offs, and decisions proficiently to all stakeholders.


Key responsibilities:

and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the India and SEA markets for automotive SoC and MCU product lines, aligning with overall company objectivesfor regional product promotion strategy and manage promotion activities at system and product levels to enable Sales to capture maximum demand creationwith cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts with sales, product development, and other departments to effectively compete and win design-insstrong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencersstrategy and investment themes for automotive SoC and MCU product lines to grow India & SEA automotive business, such as new products and ecosystem collaborationsConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends.

Define and develop region-required product collateral, competitive analysis, product roll out, and field trainingContribute to corporate strategic technology development efforts to develop product and business strategies that enable business growth in the regionthe company at industry events and conferences

Ideal Candidate Profile

expertise in marketing leadership, with a track record of successfully leading regional marketing and application teams focused on automotive processors within the high-performance computing space, or extensive product marketing experience in automotive processorssystem knowledge of automotive applications, such as ADAS, Gateway, E/E architecture and xEV, and enablement of global sales teamstechnical and system knowledge of automotive MCUs and SoCsto craft and execute effective marketing strategies that drive business growthleadership skills to inspire and guide our marketing teamprowess for data-driven decision-making and budget managementmindset, working closely with cross-functional teamsattitude with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and objectiveswritten and oral communications skills to convey ideas and outcomes clearly

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields and 15+ years of related professional experience. degree in Engineering, or BSEE with MBA with 15+ years of experience. Must have automotive regional marketing leader experience.
