xtrawrkx is looking for cofounders for 3 of our client startups in EV leasing / renting / fleet business.


All three startups are already having investors , some cofounders , clients , product /service , early business model , early team.

We need more cofounders for take up as CEO / COO / CFO role.

KRAs of cofounder
Manage startup operations
Lead fundraising & financing partnerships
Handle strategic partnerships - business model development & refinement
Build and sustain high-performance teams
P&L responsibility, should be able to handle business operations end to end & steer staff to balance between COGS Revenue

Qualifications :


Applicant must either have raised capital in earlier startups or if not, then should have the capacity to operate with no pay for 3-6 months.

Applicants with capacity to invest own capital 15-50 lakh will be preferred but this is not a deal breaker qualification/criteria

Education:
Minimum

Engineering graduate, management education will be a plus

Experience:
Minimum 5 yr experience in any relevant automotive field.
