Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of electric two-wheelers, including performance, safety, and durability assessments.
Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and protocols to ensure the vehicles meet company and industry standards.
Analyze test data, identify issues, and provide detailed reports and recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with engineering and development teams to refine vehicle designs based on test results.
Support the development of new testing methods and equipment to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements during all testing phases.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in-vehicle systems and components during testing.
Document and maintain accurate records of test activities and results.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in vehicle testing and validation, preferably with electric two-wheelers.
Familiarity with testing methodologies, data analysis, and validation processes.
Knowledge of electric vehicle systems, including battery management, motor control, and charging systems.
Knowledge of brakes, suspension, tires, wheels, and vehicle dynamics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using test equipment, DAQ systems, Chassis Dyno, and software for data acquisition and analysis.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to travel for on-site testing and validation as required.
Preferred Skills :
Experience with electric vehicle (EV) performance metrics and testing standards.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electric vehicles.
Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and techniques.
