Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our HW product development & Engineering Services team.

The ideal candidate will boost business growth by spotting new opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and expanding our market presence.

This position demands a profound understanding of the embedded software, electrical & electronics industry, superb communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify New Opportunities:
Pinpoint and target new business possibilities in engineering services, globally.

Cold Outreach:
Establish a method to segment, scope, target, and convert through cold outreach on LinkedIn or calls.

Build and Maintain Relationships:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Prepare and Present Proposals:
Develop and deliver compelling proposals and pitches to potential clients.

Negotiate and Close Deals:
Bargain contracts and secure agreements to meet sales targets.

Collaborate with Teams:
Cooperate closely with engineering, Electronics hardware product development, and marketing teams to harmonize strategies and execute business plans.

CRM Management:
Handle all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (with Electronics), or a related field (with MBA is a plus.)

3-5 years of proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or a related role in the engineering services industry / Product Development.

Strong understanding of electrical, electronics, and embedded software technologies and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience in international business development.
Familiarity with the latest trends and advancements in engineering services
Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
