Thisposition is at the helm of the India Center of Excellence focusingon a range of critical areas including talent management successionplanning employee engagement leadership development changemanagement organizational culture and continuous learning with aspecial emphasis on inclusion and diversity. The role involvesextensive collaboration and consultation with company leaders HRpartners and employees across the organization to develop implementsustain and enhance enterprisewide programs that address bothcurrent and future organizationalneeds.

Qualifications:
- MastersDegree in Business Psychology Organization Development/LeadershipHR or a related field.
- Additionalcertifications in Instructional Design Organizational DevelopmentAssessment and Development Centers Appreciative Inquiry CompetencyFrameworks Coaching Facilitation DiSC Assessment Human InteractionLabs etc. will be beneficial.
- 810years of experience in a learning and organizational developmentenvironment.
- Proven experience indesigning enterprisewide talent developmentprograms.
- Strong background inChange Management Organizational Development consultingFacilitation Coaching Learning Strategies and Process Improvementin medium to large complexorganizations.
- Demonstrated abilityin measuring the impact of talent managementinitiatives.
