  • Interact with different agencies within company and with parent company.
  • Strong followup and tracking of all activities related to production supply.

Technical/ Functional:

  • Sound understanding and development knowhow of semiconductors, various electricalelectronic components, EV exclusive components in automotive.
  • Good understanding of Semiconductor Chips functioning, Types, Manufacturing, Value Chain & Capacity reservation schemes.
  • Thorough understanding of various Govt incentive schemes towards EVs (exPLI, FAME-I & II etc.) & Semiconductor Localization/ upcoming facilities.
  • Understanding of various new upcoming Technologies in automotive arena.
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing process, plant functioning & logistics.
  • Data driven approach

  • Strategic thinker to analyze and propose shortterm and longterm solutions.
