Statiq is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Parts Quality Specialist
to join our team. The Parts Quality Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality of all parts used in the manufacturing of our electric vehicle chargers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and a thorough understanding of electronics & electrical components manufacturing process.
Responsibilities-Make IQC standards for BOM parts.Perform inspections and tests on incoming parts and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and evaluations.Develop and implement quality control processes for parts used in manufacturing.Monitor parts performance on production line & address any kind of non-compliance with performance.Collaborate with suppliers to address and resolve any quality issues or concerns.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conforming parts or materials.Monitor and report on the performance of parts suppliers, including their compliance with established quality standards and specifications.Provide guidance and training to manufacturing personnel regarding quality control processes and procedures.Prepare defect & countermeasure reports.
What Are We Looking For?Diploma in –Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or any other relevant domain.Minimum 2 yrs. of experience in incoming quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of PCB, electronics, electrical components, and manufacturing processes.Knowledge of Plastic manufacturing technology & sheet metal fabrication is added advantage.Familiarity with quality management systems and tools, such as ISO 9001 and Lean Six Sigma.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.Proficient in the use of quality control tools and software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
