The Business Associate is an individual contributor responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business. These tasks include managing Headcount, Financial, Key Metrics, etc. and may also include contribution to external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. Responsibilities:

  • Review monthly headcount and Financials and present this to senior management with forecasts and risks
  • Prepare the annual bottomsup Financial Plan for Asia TTS Ops
  • Review allocation of expenses to various Businesses based on the support provided to them
  • Track and report Key metrics including Volume and value of transactions processed, pending transactions, number of Manual Touch Points (MTPs) in transactions, etc.
  • Interface with centralized staffing office on contractor hiring requirements and partner with business managers to forecast monthly headcount
  • Consolidate Resource Justification submission requests and track hiring progress
  • Interface with global Business Office to ensure timely reporting
  • Ensure Asia is consistent with the resource and location strategy
  • Conduct country deep dives and identify opportunities to bridge the gaps in funding, and Productivity, including submitting approval/disapproval of funds requests for budget reports and analysis of monthly department reports to maintain expenditure controls
  • Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations
  • Complete compliance related activities and reporting
  • Assist with real estate analytics and reporting
  • Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation
  • Review data for accuracy and create required reporting to manage the data

Qualifications:

  • 810 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint expertise
  • Experience with databases and information management
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • CA / CPA / MBA preferred
