We are hiring for a Customer Success Engineer. Analyze customers' individual needs & issues to address them effectively on time. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer's requests.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Providing technical support and responding to incoming queries related to HRM software (uKnowva).
  • Handling the Tickets related to IT Technical Issues, ensuring that all issues are properly logged, categorising and prioritising as per the defined TAT.
  • Understanding & Detailing user issues, answering phone calls, writing replies to emails & executing the services.
  • Take ownership of problems and follow up on the status of problems on behalf of the customer and communicate progress on time.
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams & manager.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and EXCEL.
  • Proper understanding of the client's requirements.
  • Understanding PHP code will be an added advantage.
