Join Our Team as a Sales Manager at XYZ Company

Develop and maintain relationships with key distributors, ensuring ROI through organization's schemes

Ensure effective collections and monitor distributor credit levels

  • Form alliances with distributors and dealers for deeper market penetration
  • Improve and develop business relationships with distributors
  • Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets

Oversee commercial and legal matters, ensuring audit compliance

  • Adhere to earmarked budgets and government statutory requirements
  • Ensure success of corporate interventions in the zone, like new brand launches
  • Manage team targets, attrition, and engagement levels effectively
  • Conduct reviews, provide guidance, and identify training needs for the sales team

Motivate the sales team and stay updated on marketing trends and competitor activities
