Years of Experience: Internship

Mandatory Skills:

  • Familiarity with HR and recruitment tools.
  • Understanding of the full recruitment cycle.

Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing Candidates:

Utilize various methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.

2. Candidate Screening:

Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.

3. Interview Coordination:

Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, coordinating with hiring managers and teams.

4. Candidate Evaluation:

Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.

5. Reference Checks:

Conduct reference checks to verify the accuracy of a candidate's work history and qualifications.

6. Offer Management:

Assist in extending job offers, negotiating terms, and facilitating the hiring process, including background checks and onboarding.

7. Talent Pipeline Management:

Maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings.

8. Data and Reporting:

Maintain recruitment data, generate reports, and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.

Qualifications:

0-1 year of experience in technology/product recruitment.

Strong sourcing skills using various sourcing channels.

Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

High levels of ownership and responsibility.
