Role: Vendor Program Manager - Contract Management
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40 hours/week)
Contract Duration: 12 Months+
Work Hours: India time zone (IST)
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: Bangalore, India (OnSite)

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with vendor managers across Stripe
  • Create contractual agreements for stakeholders review including new contracts, amendments, and terminations
  • Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders for new third party vendors, risk assessments, and contractual signatory process
  • Review monthly invoices for budget compliance
  • Conduct business reviews with internal stakeholders to keep them informed on business spend and contractual activities
  • Optimize processes to streamline contractual activities
  • Coordinate RFx process and assist with documentation
Minimum requirements
  • 10+ years of vendor procurement experience
  • Understanding and experience in RFx process
  • Strong writing skills for drafting contractual documents
  • Managing complex and large scale vendor programs
  • Operational background and track record of data-driven decisions; global operations management is a plus
Preferred qualifications
  • Program managing RFx process end to end
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to reprioritize tasks weekly
  • Comfortable with navigating ambiguity and enthusiastic about creating innovative processes and solutions
  • Ability and willingness to challenge the status quo as a creative thinker, considering problems from a customer perspective, and being solutions-oriented when solving them
