You will be responsible for inspiring students aged 10-13 in small, focused classes, following a challenging curriculum in an internationally recognized educational framework. By using inquiry-based learning, you will empower students to take charge of their own education.

Through our International teacher placement program, we aim to provide top-notch education to disadvantaged children free of cost. Our goal is to empower these students with the skills and mindset to become future leaders who drive positive change in their communities and beyond.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Plan and deliver engaging Math lessons for students aged 10-13, adapting to varying literacy levels. Incorporate real-life applications and project-based learning into lessons
  • Monitor student progress, tailor instruction to meet individual needs, provide extra support where necessary
  • Offer trauma-informed care to students, handle emergency situations professionally, and adhere to school policies
  • Conduct assessments, report grades, and actively participate in professional development
  • Engage in community activities, school events, and extracurricular programs
  • Provide feedback on program quality to enhance the educational experience for vulnerable children
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
  • Demonstrate our School values, be ambitious, caring, transparent, open-minded, and a great communicator
  • Hold excellent English skills, possess teaching certificates, and pass a background check
  • Have a degree related to Mathematics or Education, along with at least two years of teaching experience
  • Exhibit strong ICT, communication, mentoring, and organizational skills
  • Show resilience, creativity, and teamwork in a diverse environment
DESIRABLE CRITERIA:
  • Experience in teaching early literacy, at International Schools, or with vulnerable populations
