Job Title:
Digital Media Strategist
Location:Ahmedabad/ Bangalore- Are you looking to work in an innovative, fast paced environment?

What are we looking for?Objectives and Responsibilities**- Create, manage, optimize, and analyze campaigns within Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing/ Microsoft Ads), Display (GDN, Programmatic is a plus), Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram), Meta Search (is a plus) and additional media platforms

  • Monitor online campaigns regularly and make recommendations to improve key performance metrics and drive revenue according to account goals
  • Create and follow through with projects and initiatives that will benefit clients, including process development and new media tactic testing
  • Communicate with Customer Success Managers on a regular basis to review campaign performance, and suggest additional online marketing strategies and testing opportunities to improve conversion rates and efficiency metric
  • Keep current on the latest trends in the paid search, display, ad technology, and social media marketing channels and across the hospitality marketing industry
  • Participate in meetings with clients to review Paid Media results and discuss recommendations and strategies

Hards skills

  • Experience in reporting, tracking, dashboarding, and data analysis
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing paid media campaigns (paid search, paid social, display and good to know metasearch, programmatic, )
  • Good working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Analytics 360 & Google Tag Manager
  • Ability to align marketing channels to client goals & outcomes
  • Financial acumen on budget planning, pacing, and channel distribution
  • Assist in team digital media training

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi task on multiple accounts, manage projects by taking end to end responsibility
