Architect - Sales Force

Provides the technical direction for the CRM Platform Enablement product line by guiding teams as the build and deliver foundational cloud capabilities on Salesforce.
- Design and instruct the solution framework to the Salesforce development team.
- Work in a consultative fashion to improve communication, collaboration, and alignment amongst teams inside and outside of the organization.
- Work with the Salesforce Anchor (architect) community to insure consistency around integrations, data model and patterns.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps.
- Collaborates with other Product Anchors to reduce complexity across the portfolio, enhance interoperability between services, and make key design decisions across the portfolio.
- Ensures engineering excellence (e.g., best practices and quality) is achieved within product group.
- Innovate and operate with an iterative, agile and usercentric perspective
- Participate fully in the CRM Tech Councils by bringing in or supporting topics to ensure they work with in the Ford Pro and CRM patterns.
Experience with all Salesforce Cloud.
Certified in Salesforce Architecture.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
