SALES EXECUTIVE
We are looking for an SALES EXECUTIVE experienced in Pharma, FMCG/NGO to manage sales of our company's products, setting and achieving sales targets for an assigned area, servicing and expanding customer base, and assisting in new business opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone
- Making appointments with and meeting new customers
- Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
- Meeting sales targets
- Promoting new products and any special deals
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and aftersales service
- Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
- Giving feedback on sales trends
- Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products
- Reaching the targets and goals set
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
- Servicing the needs of existing customers
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Preparing regularly daily / weekly and monthly activity reports
Qualifications & Skill sets:
- Graduate or Post Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 1 to 2 years Experience in Pharma, FMCG/NGO preferred
- Good Team player skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to travel up to 75 percent of the time.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
