Job Description

Summary:

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive who can help us enhance our business activities. The candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects whilst maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services, generate interest, and secure appointments or sales opportunities.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through various sources such as databases, online research, and referrals, and qualify them based on predetermined criteria.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns, and following up on leads in a timely manner.
  5. Sales Pitching: Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs and interests of individual prospects, highlighting how the company's offerings can address their specific requirements and pain points.
  6. Achievement of Sales Targets: Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company, such as call quotas, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
  7. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the company's CRM system or database.
  8. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  9. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of efforts towards common business objectives.
  10. Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices through training programs, workshops, and self-study to enhance sales effectiveness and personal development.

  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in Malayalam.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learning speed and a passion for sales

  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
