Overview: The Demataccount Sales (Field Sales) position plays a critical role inacquiring new customers and promoting Demat account services in thefield. The role requires establishing and maintaining strongcustomer relationships as well as effectively communicating thebenefits of Demat accounts to potential clients. This position isinstrumental in driving sales and revenue growth for theorganization.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Conducting fieldvisits to identify potential customers and generate leads for Demataccount sales
  • Building and maintaining strongrelationships with customers to understand their investmentneeds
  • Promoting the benefits of Demat accountsand providing education on the process of accountopening
  • Meeting sales targets and contributingto the overall revenue goals of theorganization
  • Providing personalized assistanceto customers in completing the Demat account openingprocess
  • Collaborating with the sales team todevelop effective sales strategies andinitiatives
  • Following up with leads andprospects to convert them intocustomers
  • Providing feedback to the managementon customer requirements and markettrends
  • Attending networking events andconferences to expand the customer base
  • Keepingabreast of industry developments and competitoractivities
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatoryrequirements and companypolicies
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Finance or related field
  • Provenexperience in field sales or direct salesroles
  • Knowledge of financial productsparticularly Demat accounts and stock marketoperations
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation andpersuasion abilities
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team
  • Soundunderstanding of customer relationshipmanagement
  • Proactive and resultsorientedmindset
  • Familiarity with CRM software and salestracking tools
  • Ability to thrive in atargetdriven environment
  • Good organizationaland time management skills
  • Willingness totravel within the designated geographicalarea
  • Adherence to ethical business practicesand compliance standards
  • Certification in salesor relevant field is a plus
  • Valid driverslicense and access totransportation
