Job Description:

Possess extensive expertise (10+ years) in Cloud Connector Factory with hands-on ITOM experience in Orchestration and Cloud Lifecycle Management. Provide High-Level Design and specifications for implementation (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC, etc.), ensuring harmony with business objectives. Thorough understanding of ITIL processes and industry best practices.

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM) certifications are highly advantageous.

- Develop, design, and Implement comprehensive IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions, encompassing various areas:
- CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping
- Orchestration, Cloud Lifecycle Management, Event Management

- Implement Cloud lifecycle management and provisioning across public, private, and hybrid clouds, ensuring seamless deployment and integration with enterprise systems.

- Guarantee scalability, reliability, and performance within the ITOM architecture.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp business requirements and transform them into technical resolutions.

- Engage closely with multidisciplinary teams to tailor and configure ITOM applications to meet specific business demands.

- ServiceNow/BMC Consulting: Architect, Digital Workflows & Automation
