Sports EnthusiastResponsibilities :
Sales and Business Development:
- Formulate and execute business strategies in collaboration with the executive team
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, customers, partners, influencers so on
- Design and implement efficient processes and standards to support sales, manage contracts, relationships with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Drive business development initiatives, including the growth of the Events Wing, Talent Management, Academies, Pay & Play verticals
- Develop and manage partnerships and operator relationships
- Maximise sponsorship opportunities for Gold Standard Sports and its verticals.
- Effective communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Dynamic strategist with the ability to influence and motivate
- Excellent management skills and leadership abilities
- Presentable, marketer, and persistent in achieving goals
- Enthusiastic about sports and well-versed in social and digital media
- Strong network within the local sports community.
- Outstanding organisational skills and problem-solving aptitude
