As a Senior Applications Analyst (ServiceNow), you will:

  • Serve as a bridge between the business community and IT to provide technical solutions for user needs.
  • Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for IT and manage changes to those specifications
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure technology outcomes align with the overall business strategy
  • Conduct investigation, evaluation, and documentation of system design findings.
  • Ensure users comprehend business system functions.
  • Create and implement diagrams representing data flow, processes, and data transformation within various systems.

Do you have what it takes to be a Senior IT Applications Analyst (Workday)?

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.
  • Must have ServiceNow experience supporting application development, not just admin/ticketing
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL principles
  • Ability to work with multiple business systems and have a good grasp of system design.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into clear requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Be detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • ServiceNow certifications like Certified System Administrator (CSA) are advantageous.
