Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken business development representative to join our sales team.

The business development representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

You should be able to close sales and meet targets.


To be successful as an inside sales representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction.

A top inside sales representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Identify new sales opportunities and handle both inbound and outbound calls to follow up.
  • Collaborate with teammates and to work towards closing deals.
  • Maintain a detailed database with all information on the prospects.

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • Any Bachelor/ Post Graduate / MBA (Marketing / Sales)
  • 03 years of experience in B2B Sales / Educational Sales
  • Ability to meet targets
  • Familiarity with tech and startup environment preferred
  • Demonstrable track record of overachieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
