Job Description

As the Head of AI labs, you will be responsible for -

Setting up the AI lab Developing and implementing a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the company's overall business goal and roadmap. Lead and manage a team of AI researchers, engineer. Identify and prioritize AI opportunities focusing on areas like computer vision, natural language processing and machine learning. Oversee the entire AI development lifecycle, from data collection and preparation to model training, deployment and optimization. Stay up to date on the latest advancements in AI research and translate it into practical applications. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the AI team. Effectively communicate the value and impact of AI to stakeholders across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

As a successful candidate, you should have -

PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field. 8 + years of experience leading and managing AI teams in a technology driven company. Extremely technically grounded and sound, team management role, broadening of the scope, who can share that load reporting to Founder. Technically sound, can draw the respect from technical perspective and ability to handle situation. A good team leader and how the person deals with the stakeholders and a technically sound team, drive things forward, keep continue with this is for which we need to grow from technical POV, identify more problems, grow more competency. Deep understanding of core AI concepts and techniques, including machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing and deep learning. Knowledge of designing large scale AI solutions, data integration and transformation techniques. Experience with cloud based AI platform and tools (eg. TensorFlow, pyTorch). Strong programming skills in language such as Python, R or Java. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Experience in agile development environment.
