*Job Description:
Easy Recruitz is seeking an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Jasola Apollo, New Delhi.

As a Non-IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various non-IT positions within our client organizations.

This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a keen eye for identifying top talent.

*Key Responsibilities:

*Candidate Sourcing:* Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals to attract a diverse pool of candidates for non-IT roles.

2. *Screening and Assessment:* Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

3. *Interview Coordination:* Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide necessary information and guidance to candidates throughout the interview process.

4. *Candidate Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. Keep candidates informed about the status of their application and provide feedback as appropriate.

5. *Client Interaction:* Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture. Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and recruitment progress.

6. *Documentation and Compliance:* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview feedback, and recruitment activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

7. *Team Collaboration:* Work closely with other recruiters and team members to share insights, best practices, and recruitment strategies. Collaborate effectively to achieve recruitment targets and objectives.

*Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency or recruitment consultancy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and recruitment software.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
