Utilize your domain knowledge and analytical abilities to:
  • Evaluate and enhance LLM-generated content.
  • Establish and execute robust certification programs for talent validation.
  • Provide training and guidance to Centific Quality Managers on domain-specific insights.
  • Assist in the selection of suitable talent profiles for domain-oriented positions.
  • Act as the primary source of expertise for domain-related queries and solutions.
  • Proactively identify and resolve content issues that could impact quality and introduce potential biases.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in your chosen domain with a solid academic background.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • High proficiency in English and your native language.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective training and mentoring capabilities.
  • Prior experience in quality assurance methodologies (an advantage).
  • Enthusiasm for Generative AI and its possibilities (an advantage).
  • Exceptional writing abilities (an advantage).
