Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end AI solutions, considering scalability, performance, and maintainability. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications.

- AI Model Development: Develop and fine-tune advanced AI models using Python and deep learning frameworks. Utilize Generative AI techniques to create novel content and enhance user experiences.

- Natural Language Processing (NLP): Implement NLP solutions for tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and entity recognition. Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to achieve state-of-the-art performance.

- Azure Cognitive Services Integration: Integrate Azure Cognitive Services into AI solutions to leverage capabilities such as speech recognition, language understanding, and computer vision. Develop GEN AI bots using Azure Bot Service.

- GEN AI Bot Development: Design, develop, and deploy GEN AI bots and conversational agents. Implement dialogue management systems and integrate natural language understanding (NLU) and generation (NLG) capabilities.

- Software Development: Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI components into existing applications or develop new AI-driven products. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

- Deployment and Monitoring: Deploy AI solutions to production environments, utilizing containerization and cloud services. Implement monitoring and logging to track performance and identify issues proactively.

- Documentation and Training: Create technical documentation, tutorials, and training materials to facilitate knowledge sharing and enable other team members to leverage AI technologies Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in AI research, development, and deployment, with a focus on Python, Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs.

- Proficiency in Python programming and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Experience with Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and other Generative AI techniques.

- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and techniques, including LLMs.

- Familiarity with Azure Cognitive Services and Azure Bot Service for AI development.

- Hands-on experience in developing and deploying GEN AI bots and conversational agents.

- Experience with software development methodologies, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
