Hiring for Data Science and Data Architect

Minimum 4 years of experience working with clients in the products industry (Lifesciences, CPG, Industry & Ret that are heavily influenced by AI & Gen AI preferences and behaviors, is highly valued.

Candidates who have a deep understanding of AI & Gen AI trends and market dynamics can provide valuable insights and strategic guidance to clients.


  • Minimum 4 years proven experience & deep expertise in developing and implementing AI strategy frameworks tailored to the specific needs and aims of clients within LS, Industry, CPG, and Retail sectors. The ability to craft innovative AI solutions that address industryspecific challenges and drive tangible business outcomes will set you apart.
  • Minimum 48 years of experience in data architecture, data analysis, and database design/maintenance.
  • Expertise in data modeling, ensuring efficient and scalable structures.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, database management systems (DBMS), and cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with ETL toolsets and realtime data integration techniques.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, , and R (highly desirable).
  • Must have Expertise on cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Ability to deploy and manage databases in the cloud.
  • Good to have understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics. fAIExperience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is an added advantage.
