What you would do in this role :

Participate in visioning workshop & develop innovative Data & AI strategy & architecture frameworks tailored to the unique goals and aspirations of our clients, ensuring alignment with their evolving needs and preferences.

Conduct comprehensive current state assesement of clients' existing Data Architecture, Data Operating Model, Data Governance framework and Data Value realization (BI Reporting, Data sharing, Monetization, Advanced analytics) & identify key gaps and develop maturity assesement report for uncovering opportunities for improvements across data ecosystem.

Work with industry & function teams for prioritizing data analytics and AI/GEN AI use cases and prioritize as client business needs.

Develop target state for Data Architecture, Data Operating Model, Data Governance framework and Data Value realization (BI Reporting, Data sharing, Monetization, Advanced analytics) consuming the key gaps identified best practices, design principles & architecture principles.

Develop future roadmap with key initiatives as per the client prioritization and needs.


- Propose best suited architecture (Data lake, Datawarehouse, Data lakehouse, Data Mesh, Data Fabric) as per assesement done and gaps identified.

- Develop data model (Conceptual, Logical & Physical) as per the business requirements. Propose best suited LLMs (Large Language Model-GPT 3.5, 4, Llama etc.) as per the selection criteria framework & serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, offering expert guidance on AI &

- GEN AI adoption strategies that resonate with Gen AI values of inclusivity, sustainability, and ethical responsibility.

- Work closely with client teams to address the complex challenges faced by customers and businesses with respect data ecosystem.

- Participate in client engagements with confidence and finesse, overseeing project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.

- Facilitate engaging workshops sessions to empower data & AI Client stakeholders with the knowledge and skills needed to embrace data & AI-driven transformation.

- Participate in AI/GEN AI and data Analytics aligned solutions and client demos.

Who are we looking for?

Years of Experience :

- Candidates should typically have at least 5-8 years of experience in developing Data & AI strategy.


- This experience should include hands-on involvement in developing and implementing Data & AI strategies for clients across various industries.

Education :

- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

- Should have done technology overlay on logical data and architecture with cloud native services and developed optimized technical architecture as per business needs.

- Good to have knowledge & understanding of various large language models to propose bestsuited LLMs to our customer based on data & AI strategies that resonate with Gen AI

- Excellent communication, presentation & story boarding skills are crucial for effectively articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


- Candidates should be able to convey Data & AI strategy recommendations in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.

- The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is essential for this role.

- Candidates should be comfortable working with diverse teams to design and execute data & AI strategy that address clients' business challenges and deliver measurable results.
