Global Finance & Business Management ("GF&BM") India is a combined Line of Business-aligned (LOB-aligned) finance & business support team located in India and is part of JPMorgan's global capability center (GCC). We are part of the Office of the CFO (OCFO) organization within JPMorgan, which has people across the globe, majority of whom are tasked with managing the firm's Finance function, responsible for reporting quarterly earnings and complying with regulatory requirements along with managing the firm's capital.


GF&BM India was established in September 2002 and currently we have a network of more than 3400+ professionals based out of our Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices who support four main "pillars" of work - Controllers, Planning & Analysis, Finance Operations and Business Client & Products.

The teams in India are aligned to the respective LOBs that they support which include Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Commercial Banking (CB), Consumer and Community Banking (CCB), Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) and Corporate/Firmwide functions.

The team is tasked with integrating data across the LOBs and providing business stakeholders with a holistic view of customers and marketing.

It will also enable process and data standardization across the organization.

A key task is to enable easy accessibility of marketing data and ability to use it in conjunction with existing customer data and other data sources.

The team will also lead adoption of new tools and platforms being leveraged across the industry.

The group will help create a unified and best in class marketing analytics infrastructure by establishing new platforms and vendor partnerships.


A key long term goal of the team is to make analytics and integrated customer data 'actionable' by creating interfaces to deployment platforms where the marketing strategies get implemented with 'speed-to-market'.

This would also encompass the broader infrastructure initiatives to get the best in class tools and software in place.

Skills / Competencies Needed/Education Qualifications:

- ~ 8 years experience working with data Analytics / Visualizations, preferably related to financial services domain

  • Minimum 5 years experience developing advanced data visualization and presentations preferably with Tableau
  • Experience with business intelligence and data wrangling tools such as Alteryx, SAS or Python
  • Experience with various cloud based data pipeline platforms, such as Spark, Snowflake, Databricks, and Redshift
  • Experience with relational databases optimizing SQL, Hive, Big data queries to pull and summarize large datasets, report creation and adhoc analyses
  • Demonstrated ability to think beyond raw data and to understand the underlying business context
  • Ability to reengineer large scale existing processes to drive efficiencies and better meet controls standards
  • Experience with Tableau server environment
  • Experience with AWS environment and AWS certification preferred
  • Familiarity with agile practices and JIRA
