Role and Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage Chairman's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle communication on behalf of the Chairman, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
  • Coordinate and assist in organizing highlevel meetings and events.
  • Conduct research and provide insightful information to support decisionmaking.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.

Requirements:

  • 25 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Proactive and detailoriented approach to work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
