Company Description
We are looking to fill the position of Executive Secretary for the chairman of a large group of companies in Saudi Arabia. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, handling clerical tasks, and assisting with company secretarial duties. Additionally, exemplary customer service skills are a key requirement for this role.
- Qualifications:
- - Strong clerical skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail
- - Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- - Experience in company secretarial work
- - Proficient in executive administrative support
- - Customer service-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
- - Background in the recruitment industry is a bonus
- - A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Requirements:
- - Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- - Prior experience in a similar role within the GCC region is advantageous
- - Bachelor's Degree in a related field or Business Administration
