  • About the Role:
  • The Talent Scout
  • Technical Support ,will be a crucial part of our talent acquisition team,
- focusing on high-volume requisitions for technical support,Renewals & CSM roles. You will work- who can deliver outstanding support to our customers. Your expertise in high-volume sourcing- success.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Volume Sourcing:
Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards (Naukri),

social media, LinkedIn, and industry-specific platforms, to identify and engage potential Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technical support talent to

meet ongoing hiring demands. Continuously assess and adjust sourcing strategies
- based on business needs

  • Screening and Assessment:
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to

  • Collaboration: Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer with a focus on highvolume requisitions,


preferably in a B2B SaaS-based Organization ,HCM or a consulting Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fastpaced
environment.- A data-driven approach to sourcing and a commitment to meeting recruitment targets.
